Tidra Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Tidra Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy is for people protected by state consumer health data laws, including Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law (SB 370) and Connecticut’s consumer health data provisions. It explains how the Tidra app handles “consumer health data” as those laws define it. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.

Tidra is made by Ebbli Software Services LLC, doing business as Ebbli (“we”, “us”), 8401 Mayland Dr, Ste A, Richmond, VA 23294, United States · support@tidra.fit.

1. The consumer health data Tidra handles, and why

Tidra is a weight tracker. To show you your own progress, the app handles:

We use this data only to provide the features you ask for in the app. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell it.

This data stays on your device. We (Ebbli) do not receive it. If you turn on backup, a copy goes to a private app folder in your own Google Drive, which we cannot access.

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to write, which could include health information. We use it only to answer you.

2. Where the data comes from

3. Who it is shared with

We do not sell or share consumer health data, and we have no affiliates that receive it. The app only sends it where you tell it to:

If you email us, your message is handled by Cloudflare (email routing) and our email provider, which process it only for us, to deliver and store our mail.

The app handles your data on your device because you ask it to, to provide the features you use. Backup to Google Drive and the Health Connect connection only happen after you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time.

5. Your rights and how to use them

You have the right to:

Because your data is on your device and in your own Google account, you can use these rights yourself, at any time:

You can also email support@tidra.fit with a request. We will confirm and answer within 45 days (we may extend this once by 45 days if necessary and will tell you why). For emails you sent us, we will delete them on request. We won’t charge you or treat you differently for using these rights.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with “Appeal”. We will answer within 45 days and explain our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general, for example the Washington State Attorney General.

6. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app or in the store listing before the change takes effect.
