Tidra Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use Tidra and tidra.fit, including people who use screen readers, larger text, keyboards or other assistive technology. Tidra is made by Ebbli Software Services LLC, doing business as Ebbli.

Our goal

We aim for the website and the Tidra apps to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and to follow Android’s and Apple’s accessibility guidelines.

What we do

• Screen readers: buttons, charts and controls carry labels for TalkBack and VoiceOver.
• Text size: the apps follow your phone’s font size setting.
• Motion: animations are reduced or turned off when your phone’s “reduce motion” or “remove animations” setting is on, and on the website when your browser asks for reduced motion.
• Colour and contrast: text and controls are designed for readable contrast in light and dark mode, and meaning isn’t carried by colour alone.
• Touch targets: buttons and links are sized to be easy to tap.
• Website: the site works with a keyboard, uses headings and landmarks, and sets no cookies or pop-ups that get in the way.

Known limitations

Tidra has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so some parts may fall short of our goal. We test as we build and fix problems as we find them.

If something in the app or on the website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email support@tidra.fit. Please tell us what you were trying to do, the device and the assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within a few business days and will work with you to fix the problem or find another way to help.
